We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any third-party hardware or software companies (including but not limited to Microsoft, Apple, HP, Dell, Google, or Amazon). All brand names, trademarks, logos, and company names mentioned on our site are the property of their respective owners.
While we take extreme care when working on your devices, computers are unpredictable. You are solely responsible for backing up all data, software, and files stored on your devices before we begin any service. A Barney Computer Solutions LLC is not liable for any lost, corrupted, or unrecoverable data under any circumstances.
We provide our services on a "best-effort" basis. While we strive to fix every issue, some hardware or software problems may be unrepairable due to age, physical damage, or system limitations. If a device cannot be reasonably repaired, you will only be billed for the diagnostic time agreed upon.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless you are enrolled in a monthly managed service plan. For monthly plans, billing occurs automatically on the agreed-upon date. We reserve the right to withhold returning hardware or credentials until payment is made in full.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Jersey law, A Barney Computer Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising out of the use of our services.
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
